Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched from our various warehouses on a standard delivery time of 5-7 working days.

Orders may arrive prior to the scheduled delivery date and orders traveling to outlying areas may take an additional day. 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Multiple item orders may be delivered separately. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has dispatched, you will also receive information regarding your order contents and tracking details, some orders may not receive tracking details as they are sent on a same-day courier.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Sport Fanatics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are of the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Sport Fanatics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received an order whereby the product is damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or contact us directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
